Jo’s spicy broad bean stew

Jo’s tasty stew recipe using broad beans from 5Acre Farm.

Jo:  “I soaked them overnight, then pressure cooked them for an hour, then added onions, garlic, chillies, parsnips, cumin, coriander, turmeric and tinned tomatoes.

Spicy bean stew

Served with brown rice and green leafy coriander! Lovely!”
